DCP 3 Review
.) The camel has adapted to has long eyelashes so that the desert sand won't get into its eyes
.) With the mass amount of people killing bears the total population of bears is going down, and with the decrease in the population of bears, the population of fish is increasing.
.) Humans have caused a lot of pollution in the air which is killing the total amount of bees in the world. With less bees to pollinate the flowers, our total amount of fruits are decreasing.
.) If the fish in a food web were to disappear, due to water pollution or other types of pollution, all the consumers of the fish would rapidly start to decrease.
.) The more fishing that human do, the less fish are alive in the aquatic ecosystem, and all the chains connected to the decreasing amount of fish will start to die as well.
.) Bacteria's role in the ecosystem is to decompose of all the dead organisms-which is where the get their energy from.

.) A producer/consumer relationship in ecosystem phytoplankton/zooplankton.
.) The flea is the parasite and the dog is the host.
.) A predator/prey relationship in the food web is snake/mouse.
.) There are 24 atoms in this molecule.
.) The subscripts to the right of the letter is the number of atoms of this element that is in this molecule.
.) By looking at a chemical formula, you can see how many elements are in the formula and how many atoms are in the formula.
.) A chemical reaction has occurred if you see precipitation, energy change, color change, smell change, burning, or rust.
.) The equation did not follow the Law of Conservation of Mass.
.) Elements with 1-3 and 5-7 valence electrons are reactive and the more or less valence electrons it gets the more or less reactiv it gets. Elements with 1 and 7 valence electrons are the most reactive.
.) Chewing food is an example of a physical change. When saliva starts to break down the food or when the acid in your stomach breaks it down, that is a chemical change.
